What is IFLP?
IFLP is a multi-company leadership and business transformation programme that develops forward-thinking, innovation-driven leaders. It brings together professionals from a range of organisations to broaden perspectives and spark new ways of thinking. Through cross-sector insights and collaborative learning, the programme helps individuals challenge assumptions, explore new opportunities and build the confidence to drive meaningful change within their organisations.
How does IFLP work?
IFLP blends expert-led learning with real-world application to drive both business improvement and personal development. Participants work with innovators from major tech companies, government, elite sport and the wider industry, learning new tools and approaches to innovation. Throughout the 6-month programme, they apply their learning to a live business challenge, supported by coaching, and showcase their achievements at a final celebration event.

IFLP strengthens innovation capability and builds confident, capable professionals. IFLP, now in its 9th series, sees participants maintain connections and collaborate via the growing IFLP Network. Backed by SECBE, supported by CIOB and aligned with Constructing Excellence, IFLP delivers skills, connections and opportunities that help organisations innovate and stay competitive.

The IFLP course is run at Henley Business School in Henley-on-Thames. Situated on the picturesque banks of the River Thames, Henley provides a serene and inspiring environment an ideal place to step away from daily work pressures and fully focus on learning, reflection, and personal growth.
